Cleaning refers to the cleaning of liquid and solid contaminants on the surface of the workpiece, so that the surface of the workpiece to achieve a clean degree. Cleaning is not only related to the nature, type, form and adhesion degree of pollutants, and the physical and chemical properties of cleaning medium, cleaning performance, workpiece material, surface state, but also related to cleaning conditions such as temperature, pressure and additional ultrasonic vibration, mechanical force and other factors. Therefore, the selection of scientific and reasonable cleaning process, must carry out process analysis.

 

1, dipping cleaning: in the cleaning tank to add cleaning liquid, will be washed into the cleaning method. Due to only rely on the chemical action of cleaning liquid cleaning, so the washing capacity is weak, need in a long time.

 

2, jet cleaning: in the cleaning tank installed in the air jet pipe (multiple nozzle), with gas to clean the liquid to be washed on the cleaning method. The pressure is more than 20kg/cm2.

 

3, jet cleaning: from the side of the tank will be cleaning liquid phase out, by cleaning liquid stirring force (physical action) to promote washing. Washing ability is better than impregnation cleaning.

 

4, brush: installed in the cleaning chamber, the workpiece has a special support or fixture, in the cleaning agent immersion or drenching at the same time, mainly rely on the brush and workpiece mechanical friction for cleaning, as a primary cleaning, the effect is direct.

 

5. Ultrasonic cleaning: the ultrasonic vibrator is installed in the washing tank to produce ultrasonic energy (shock wave of thousands of atmospheres), and all the objects will be washed.

 

6, spray cleaning: spray tube is installed in the cleaning tank, cleaning liquid is sprayed to be cleaned in the gas phase, the pressure is less than 2kg/cm2.

 

7. Vacuum vacuum cleaning: negative pressure is generated in the cleaning tank. Due to decompression, detergent can better penetrate into the gap between the washed objects. If combined with ultrasound, the cleaning effect will be greatly enhanced.

 

8. Spray cleaning: a cleaning method in which the spray tube is installed in the washing tank and the washing liquid is sprayed to the cleaning object in the gas phase. Pressure 2-20 kg/cm2.

 

9. Rotating cylinder cleaning: install rotating device in the tank, rotate the cylinder and stir the cleaned material at the same time. It is used in combination with jet flow and ultrasonic washing.

 

10, shaking cleaning: installed in the tank throwing mechanism, loaded to be washed, so that it moves up and down in the washing tank, and jet flow, ultrasonic washing combined use.
