The whole system is composed of hanging system,liquid filtering and cycling system,DI water supply system,chemical dosing system,ultrasonic cleaning system,mechanical vibrating system,air agitation system,cooling & heating system,power supply system,auto surveillance system,alarm system,drying system,intellectual control system,conveyance system,wasted water and exhausted air collection & purification system etc.
Operator can chooses an plating processing by touch-screen panel,and then work-piece is hung manually or by automatic hanging system and starts processing.After the finally processing,the work-piece is unloaded manually or by automatic to unload system as a finished product.this system has a good finishing ability and is suitable for various plastics,hardware,and decorations.
