Features
1.Imported PLC and Touch Screen control.The control system is open for operator for operator for easy operation.Rectifier can be auto adjusted as dynamic fluctuation.All process is computer controlled and has memory during power cut-off.The operation system is also equipped with auto-detect function.The operation process can be operated on fully automatic,semi-automatic,emergency manual control and remote control.
2.Transporter driven by imported gear motor and stainless steel shaft,running stably.
3.Cathode design as angle 15 degree agitation,to improve electroplating precision for small hole and circuit of work-piece.
4.All electroplating tank made of imported PP material and 3*60*80 rectangle tube,to ensure strong enough of the tank.
5.stainless steel #304 or #316 is used for structural frame,it can be anti-corrosion for acid.Te transporter' s mechanical is designed fo easy maintenance.
6.Equipped with Cathode floating hanger,to improve electroplating evenness.
